[Poll] Nominations for the Worst Movie of All Time (Round 1)
I am currently attempting to compile a list of some of the worst movies of all time. So now's your chance to help me out and get in on the action :)
The current list is here: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls042839302/
(It starts empty)
Please provide what you believe to be the worst movie you have ever seen, and I will add it to the list, subject to the following submission guidelines:
1. The title must be a film
2. The title must not be a short (requires 45+ minutes runtime)
3. Please provide a reason for why you believe it deserves a nomination
4. Nominations can be independent of overall IMDB ratings - just because a movie is rated low or high overall does not mean you cannot nominate it.
5. Please limit your nominations to a maximum of 3 titles.
Once I've allowed sufficient time for people to make their suggestions I'll create a further poll (i.e. Round 2) whereby you'll be asked to vote from the list to narrow it down. After that, depending on the amount of titles, additional rounds (and corresponding lists) may be added until we can pinpoint the ultimate worst movie ever made.
Have fun :D

Keep in mind, ALL of the worst movies are birthed from the Swamp of Sadness (via the Neverending Story). So, at a quantum mechanics level? It's impossible to generate a list of only three of the worst movies of all time. So? I decided to take the lazy meandering route and randomly spit out some cancerously bad films not already listed.
1. To Catch a Yeti (TV Movie 1995): Meat Loaf. That should be enough to qualify this entry. The Yeti in question is a furbyesque 2 foot tall puppet. Just terrible acting, script, and production design.
2. A Talking Cat!?! (2013) Pretentious and (de)moralizing.
3. Santa and the Ice Cream Bunny (1972): A Christmas movie for kids on a diet of acid and black tar heroin. Santa gets his bloody sled stuck in a sand of a beach. A wanky Easteresque rabbit and hippy kids are there to save the day.
Dishonorable mentions to...
Fun in Balloon Land
Rollergator (1996)
Personally, I have to disqualify any Neil Breen film as I've only seen clips and reviews. He is this century's Ed Wood. But with so sooo sooo sooo much more painful pretentiousness. Someone has to have nominated at least Fateful Findings.

Also I'd like a small amount of feedback - I'm thinking of allowing everyone to nominate 2 more films (making 5 total per person) - do people want this ability? Or would you rather we stick to the 3/person?
I wasn't sure how much of a response we'd get for this list so I set it to 3 per person originally, just in case the list was overwhelming, currently we have 25 titles, which is still manageable, so I'm open to the idea of allowing a couple more movies from each of you. Let me know what you think.
Have an IMDBrilliant day!

Here's what you need to know:
If you haven't submitted a nomination: This is your last chance. Although this poll extends to subsequent rounds after this round closes no further nominations will be accepted.
If you've already nominated at least one title: Remember I've extended the amount of allowed nominations per user from 3 to 5, so if there is still a couple of titles you have up your sleeve now is the time to post those.
What to expect next: Round 2 will allow anyone, whether they have nominated or not to cast votes on titles already in the list. More details will follow when the round opens, but for now all you need to know is the purpose of round 2 is to narrow the list down.
Thank you to all those who have participated in this discussion.

Firstly, Son of the Mask 2 (2005) - talk about taking a decent comedic franchise and turning it upside down, my word - from the bad acting to the extremely inappropriate jokes for its target audience this title was more than a let down, it was agony.
And secondly, The Human Centipede III (Final Sequence) (2015) - the first Human Centipede movie had the value of shock on its side, and whilst decidedly disgusting at least had some arguably scare-laden horror elements. The second movie dragged the franchise down, trying to out do its predecessor, and failed miserably. The 3rd and final entry in the franchise dragged things down even further - this time, beyond the gutter and into the depths of hell. Whilst clearly trying to squeeze every penny out of what had become a cult cash-cow by now its audience was already expecting shock value and instead just got plain shock, with no value at all. Just plain grotesque. Ick!
