Btw.: I would change "... With 0 Movie... ". I think it's better to say "... With No Movie ..." in the title. "0" reads odd, somehow. Another would be "Zero", but I think "No" reads best.
Peter Ustinov had two Oscars. As far I couldn't detect an movie with him in the Top250. He had some TV series with 8+ and TV movies 8+, but none of them in the Top 250.
John Wayne. He had one movie with 8.1: 'The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance' (1962), but this movie isn't listet in the Top 250. He mostly did mediocre movies and some very good, Liberty Valance was his only Oscar as Tom Doniphon
