i'm not sure if i would include 'interiors' in here, only because woody was not actually in the movie, though they did technically 'collaborate' as director and actor...
as far as my vote goes, it's difficult to choose, because i love 'manhattan' so much, but...i would probably go for the shear brilliance of their collaboration in 'manhattan muder mystery'...

Definitely a toss up between Annie Hall (1977) and Manhattan (1979) AND even Play It Again, Sam (1972), which is, though not directed be Allen, one of his best as well IMHO (maybe even his funniest comedy!) Those 3 are all fantastic. And Love and Death too?! You know what, these are ALL great, don't make me pick please :D
