I would have put "The Graduate" and "Rocky II" among the first choices, very memorable moments. Not a masterpiece but the ending of "Hero" (1992) was set at a zoo.

It was just a thought, plus I forgot aviaries too. It would seem to be on-topic and open up the poll to more options. Here are some movies that come to mind that a large portion of the movie in some type of animal park. I don't whether they are filmed in real-life or movie-created locations, The two animated titles are based on real-life places.

Wow, sometimes I think you're a walking movie encyclopedia, urbanemovies. Thanks for this. I will look at each of your suggestions closely and see which one could be included. I think the defintion should be that it's a zoo or animal park similar to a zoo and that the actual premises are used as a film set. 'Free Willy' for example is filmed at Oaks Amusement Park in Oregon and Six Flags Mexico which do not classify as a 'Marine Park'.

I think maybe Eraser with Schwarzenegger had a scene at a zoo.  Maybe you could look into that!

Maybe Mr. Poppers Pinguïns? It has a zoo scene if I remember correctly. Don’t know if it’s a actual zoo.

You're right. It was filmed at Staten Island Zoo. I have added Mr. Popper's Penguins  to the list and will ask for a repush.
