My vote: Miracle (2004)
I was attending the University of Minnesota when Herb Brooks led the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team to victory. Herb Brooks was the coach of the University of Minnesota hockey team at the time.
Hockey is the favorite sport in Minnesota. Many young people play hockey year round. Herb Brooks was a Minnesota hero when the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team won the gold metal.
For your consideration:
Football
Brian's Song (1971 TV Movie)
Based on the real-life relationship between teammates Brian Piccolo and Gale Sayers and the bond established when Piccolo discovers that he is dying.

It's tough to choose but I will go with Rush follow by Cinderella Man.
The rivalry between Niki and James trespassing to the movie was simply exciting. The movie is just great.
Cinderella Man for me, shows the determination and and passion of a boxer who has managed to turn around his life but without never lose his humility. When I watch this movie always gives me chills, truly inspiring.
One question, The Warrior is based on a true life story?

That's not real life enough for me.
I want the sportsman to be real life, not the farmer.
But you had some pretty good suggestions I will put on the list.
Thank you, ACT_1

If there were other real-life based sport movies with high excitement,
I would like to add some more without baseball or football.
Give other sports a chance, too, please. :D
But anyway thank you. You all were good help.

I was not sure, if all users will get it, that it's different from the named poll-row.
So ok, I will delete this line. Thank you for helping me to become more skillful. ;)

I do not believe that Warrior (2011) meets the criteria for your poll. According to this news article:
