It's A Wonderful Life

It's A Wonderful Life, although I think Treasure of Sierra Madre is well-regarded, still a bit underrated and would be sentimental choice, in support.

I am curious, why certain European films don't make the poll, Bicycle Thieves (1948), Brief Encounter (1945) and  Kind Hearts and Coronets (1949), but another European film does,  The Third Man (1949).
