Thanks, there are a lot good sister suggestions and many I wasn't aware of. As, it stands now It looks like most would make the cut-off for notability using the current criteria. I was looking for the less credentialed of the sisters to have at least twenty-five screen credits, identifiable viewer recognition, as well as, a lead or prominent role on a hit movie or hit TV series. A few sister groups fit the honorable mention category due to a well know actress whose sister(s) has only a handful of acting credits and a substantially lower profile(s). I will have to rework to cull the list or split into two. As I now have forty viable answers with solid sister credentialed combos and forty more well known options with a weaker actress sister in the combo. You wrote Dorléac/Dorléac but I'm thinking you meant Dorléac/Deneuve. However, Deneuve is a stage name - they were both born as Dorléac. And the Fishers, they are all Eddie Fisher's daughters. You could use that instead of saying "step-daughters of Debbie". You have the Marano sisters labeled as the Talmadge sisters. You have Cusack spelled wrong.

Thanks, I made the corrections. As for the Fishers, the connection I am trying to make is a maternal one that may not be obvious or known to all. Although, it shouldn't be a leap to make the connection Eddie Fisher's daughters are named Fisher or Richard Mill's daughters are named Mills. I thought not all poll-takers would know that these talented sisters were born into the business, in large part due to their mothers, especially when they have different last names. I used the notations for Gummer Sisters (Meryl Streep's daughters), Richardson Sisters (Vanessa Redgrave's daughters), Thompson Sisters (Phyllida Law's daughters), and Fisher Sisters (Debbie Reynolds's daughter and step-daughters). My goal is to be clearer, but not to over-complicate the issue. There are a quite a few issues with sisters having different names that I am trying to clarify. They include remarriages, half-sisters with different parents, stage names as well as using their mother's maiden names professionally. As for the Kardarsian-Jenner Sisters being actresses I had the same reservations. But with the prominence of reality TV, blurring the line of how much is real and how much scripted, I think an argument could be made. I won't include it as a regular option, but I thought using it as a placeholder for Another Not Listed or Honorable Mention Sisterly Group would be a good idea, since the votes should be for all the other options anyways.

I was wondering why you used the word "classic" and then I remembered that your live poll used the word modern. I still think using the word "classic" is a mis-step, though. Some of the actors in the "classic" list are much too young to have ever been in a classic movie, even as a child (they weren't even alive before 1970), and are also younger than Nicole Kidman, Sandra Bullock, and Julia Roberts, three of most in-demand actors in 2019. I'd suggest removing the word "classic" because it's just not accurate and it's not necessary. This is a good poll and I think that word distracts from it.

Classic is a far better word to use, plus these sister pairs are in their fifties or older and most had career peaks at least twenty-five years ago. Plus, to be considered a classic only requires a quarter century space of time. By definition, films from 1994 or earlier are consider worthy of classic status? Google: How old does a movie have to be to be a classic?(Films have to be at least 25 years old to qualify for the National Film Registry)Most younger movie-goers probably have no issue with the use of the term, but older movie-goers who share a generational bond with some of these sisters might take issue. I don't think you need an adjective at all. The dividing point, as you describe it, was arbitrary and, besides, there's no need for an adjective. "Retro" seems just as inaccurate, but unfortunately also sounds a bit dismissive, so the alternative that seems to make most sense would be to just cut the adjective. The fact that the other poll has an adjective doesn't necessitate the use of one here.I'm not sure what you mean by younger and agree that teenagers probably wouldn't care but if you mean younger than these actors, I am younger than the youngest ones but I think it's important to be accurate. I'm probably more sensitive to it because I'm a writing instructor and precision is one of the three most essential elements of writing but I think non-writers would see the title and think actresses like Katherine Hepburn and Ingrid Bergman. Also, from a gender perspective, no one would call Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeves, or Christian Bale classic or retro so I think it's better to avoid any unintended offenses so my two cents would be no adjective.

I think you need something to differentiate the two polls in title alone to understand how they were grouped for comparison. I dislike identical titles Sister Acts - Movie and TV Sisterly Actress Combos (no adjective) and adding part one or part two. Whereas the first one was called Modern Movie and TV Actress Sister Acts the second being called Retro Movie and TV Actress Sister Acts makes some sense. Plus, I doubt anyone would find the term offensive. I do like original unified title better, but it would be even longer and more cumbersome with a Part One or a Part Two dangling at the end. In the end, there seems to be merits and drawbacks with both approaches.

"Retro" is also a bit awkward because some of the pairs are very much current. If there's no better option, I think the polls would still be differentiated if one has "Modern" and the other does not.
