Yes, these are both comedic villians. I do not have any favorite serious criminals as they tend to be lowlife scum with few redeeming social values. I do, however, enjoy watching comedic villians get their due.
@Aris_Athanas Yes and no. He is a pirate who captures the protagonists. Then he decides to come to their aid and help them in their quest. He is still a bad guy towards others, however.
