The First Lady of Television Betty White who has been "On Air" for 8 decades...yes that's 8, has sadly passed just shy of her 100th birthday this New Years Eve, Dec 31st, 2021. Those 8 decades include her being in the first experimental TV broadcast in Hollywood a few months before NBC pulled off its broadcasting feat at the 1939 New York World’s Fair in Queens. WOW! Always associated as being a funny lady, Betty did have some serious roles throughout her long film and TV career. Betty will never truly be gone and will live on forever in our hearts.
