Nice poll!!
But I don’t understand some choices like the poster from Bohemian Rhapsody and Mary Poppins. I think the posters you find on the IMDb page are better and more well known. Maybe you can use all the posters which are shown on the IMDb pages.

I agree that posters in IMDb pages of a lot of movies in the list are much better. But when i made such list I kept in mind that poll takers should see variety of posters of these movies and not the usual ones which they see all the time.

And these images are my personal choices(which I thought looked better). If you have any other image in your mind of any of the movies then please do suggest. I'll be very happy to oblige.

I think you should use all the regular posters because this poll is about the nominated movies. So it would be fair to let the people choose between the regular posters.

Yes, I believe this is better. To make a better change for a homepage poll you can place the best ones in the first 5 options. Unfortunally the posters will be cut off a little bit.
So I think Blackkkinsmann, Ready Player One and Mary Poppins are good ones for the first 5.

Good poll idea! There are seven that I really like so I'll have to decide -- or vote for the one of those seven with the least votes. Right now my vote is Capernaum, Roma, First Reformed, Cold War, Shoplifters, Border, and At Eternity's Gate. : )
