Idris Elba will be the villain, Brixton in the upcoming movie, Hobbs and Shaw (2019), the 'Fast and Furious' spin-off premieres on 2 August 2019 (USA). I think this poll is best suited to be published around that premiere, given the recent star power of recent 'Fast and Furious' villains, following on the heels of Charlize Theron as Cipher.
