'Good idea. 'Us' hasn't opened in my city yet but, even though I wasn't crazy about 'Get Out,' I'll probably see it because I think this Peele has important things to say.

22 March 2019 (USA) looks like the release date got pushed back a week, I agree nice to see him enjoy some success and carving out a niche as a master of suspense. His The Twilight Zone (2019– ) reboot premieres April 1st, plus he seems to have a bunch of other horror projects due out in the next year.

Lupita Nyong'o should have a good chance at Best Actress. As for the other categories, Us isn't typical Oscar material, but neither was Get Out and both movies enjoy the same hype, so why not?

Get Out is scarier and better, although I suppose that Us is more in line with the grotesque and jump scares one sees in slasher fare.
