You may want to explicitly exclude t-shirts from The Big Bang Theory (2007). There are literally dozens of iconic t-shirts in that series which are covered in part by Jen's poll, You're in my shirt!
If you saw someone wearing a Cobra Kai T shirt you'd know it was from the Karate Kid series, a few of us oldies would get the Big Trouble reference, but would you even notice someone any of the others?
I think Ethel Cain’s graphic tees have a unique style that fans can recognize right away. Some of her designs would fit perfectly among iconic music-inspired T-shirts from movies and TV.

I would choose "Vote for Pedro" from Napoleon Dynamite.
The "College" shirt from Animal House is even more famous, but that looks like a sweatshirt, not a T-shirt.
