The character was conceived by Bob Kane with Bill Finger, further developing the character into the Batman we know and love. Batman Day is an annual global celebration that occurs on the third Saturday in September each year, which falls on Saturday, September 21st, in 2024. Batman is one of the most well-known characters in the world and is recognized worldwide thanks to his portrayal in comics, TV shows, cartoons, movies, and other media, and has cemented The Dark Knight's status as a pop culture icon.

It also may include a two-person Batman and another animated DC superhero partnership, but excludes those that focus on a larger established DC superhero teams, like The Justice League from the DC Extended Universe.
