1. Gosling -  has a high pitch not so dramatic voice?  Not very intimating for outer space being Magus.  I think he would be better for Nova or Black Knight?

2. Pine -  Because their are so many good actors for role, I'm avoiding DC people like Chris Pine, Jason Momoa, Scott Eastwood or Billy Crudup. Very tempted to put Jason Momoa for Adam Warlock though.


But I am keeping X-Men actors on list, they already work for Marvel.  New reason is Josh Brolin working for both MCU (Disney ) and X-Men (20th Century Fox).

4. Efron - I agree, he can work for Nova, Black Knight or Adam Warlock. But I feel that most people are going to choose Tom Hardy, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Alexander Skarsgård, Dan Stevens, Matthew McConaughey, Sam Claflin over Efron.

Standing against those actors, he'll for sure be in bottem.

I even believe new comer Charlie Heaton can beat him with his evil look and acting potential.  Just needs to work out.

6. John Gallagher Jr. - Nice idea!  I agree.  Evil creepy looking and good looking.  I think he would be great for Taskmaster as well.  Now I'm even thinking Boyd Holbrook  could be Adam Warlock.

I went by look, as I didn't know if he had a deep voice or not. I'll agree on the decision with Gosling and Pine. Quinto was very menacing and intimidating in Heroes. 

Does Andrew Garfield or Sam Worthington fit the requirements. I felt those two stood out when going through the list. 

Is it even safe to include Tom Hardy?

I'm hoping for either Waldau or Efron at the moment.

Your right,  Zac Efron looks like Adam Warlock.  Adam is suppose to be perfect looking too.  Zac also has the body.  Charlie Heaton is out.

Added him and Armie Hammer. Deleted Andrew Garfield,  Charlie Heaton, Jon Hamm and Tom Wlaschiha.  Tom Hardy was suggested by other users.  I don't think he'll be # 1 for this poll.  Sam Worthington is a good actor for a villain and looks like Adam Warlock.

Seconding Armie Hammer. Funny thing is I don't even like the guy as an actor, but I love the character and I do know a lot about the comic book Warlock, and Armie would be perfect casting.

Did you complain to Marvel Comics yet for not stating Adam Warlock is black and not white, Asian, Indian or any other ethnicity or race because of Magus's afro and purple skin in Adam Warlock #9 (1975)?  
 
Did you tell Marvel customer service Jim Starlin forgot to make Adam Warlock's hair into an afro in Adam Warlock #9 (1975) and all other comic books Adam Warlock and Magus are in?

That's your opinion that Magus, NOT ADAM WARLOCK,  is black because of his afro with purple skin (NOT BLACK skin) in 1 comic book series.  Adam Warlock (NOT MAGUS)  had straight hair throughout same comic book series, Warlock #9 (Oct 1975, Marvel). Adam Warlock has straight hair in all of the comic books he's been in.

Great observation and great idea for casting Adam Warlock.  But afro hair on Magus in 1 comic book series doesn't mean that Adam Warlock is black.  

I think it would be better if you went on a comic book forum and posts your thoughts on photo of Magus and Adam Warlock's afro hair so you can get more opinions from fans knowledgeable on Adam Warlock's background.

I think an Indian, Asian or Middle Eastern actor would be really good for Adam Warlock role, like Oded Fehr (Actor, The Mummy ).  Not sure how popular 60s afro hair was in India, Asia or Middle East.

 Sovereign people in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, looked like they were all white actors.  I could be wrong.  I only saw movie once.

 I focused on popular choices.  White, Indian, black  or Asian actor for Adam Warlock would work regardless of comic book origins and character features in comic book art these days.  I'm sure MCU will find  right actor for the role.

Dan Stevens and Michael Fassbender  have a chance to be Adam Warlock.  Josh Brolin is playing 2 top Marvel characters, one from Disney and the other from 20th Century Fox.
