Of the 3 I have seen, 2 were duds, so The Old Guard has my vote.

I thought of a few but they all have fewer than 10,000 votes. 'Good poll, ElM.
My vote: Never Rarely Sometimes Always (there are a few that I haven't seen but I hold this film in very high regard)

I picked the "Miss Americana" doc as a last-minute entry, I happen to have watched the other documentary and it felt more like a chronicle with a nice editing of archive footage but nothing really transcendent in terms of directing.
