Live Face-Off: 'Argo' vs. 'Air'

@Pencho15​ Tough choice for me, too, although I think both are great. I was never a big fan of Ben Affleck as an actor but I've been really impressed with the four of five films that he has directed. I think he's a good writer, as well. 

As an actor, I did like his performance in 'Air,' though, and just read an article that argues that he's better when playing real people. I haven't seen enough of his portrayals to know whether I agree or not but it was a pretty good read after the first paragraph or two.

@rubyfruit76​ I really liked his first film with Gone, Baby, Gone. After that, all has been decent, but for me it has not reached that quality again.

@Pencho15​ Indeed, I agree that 'Gone, Baby, Gone' is exceptionally good. Everything was so tight but not at all forced and it asked difficult questions. And the acting was top notch.
