Lesser-Known Gory R-Rated Slashers

The goriest scenes described in the Parents Guide have been kept as they are written. Based on those descriptions only which of these films sounds the most interesting?

Warning 1: Spoilers Ahead!

Warning 2: Some of the descriptions are very graphic and detailed, they have been put at the end of the list and an extra warning has been added.

Rules:

1-No polls have been made about these films before

2-Between 5000 votes and 25 000 votes

3-Keyworded as Slasher

4-R-Rated (exception can be made to this rule only if the movie is Unrated or TV-MA and that it clearly corresponds to an R-rating)

5-Categorized as "severe" in the Violence & Gore category

Sadly, there were none NC-17 films that fit the criteria.

I know that I'm not supposed to laugh, but I couldn't help it when I learned that a teacher in my region showed the movie Haunt (2019) (#10 of this list) to her 8 years old students.

Apparently, some of them at nightmares. As far as I'm concerned that is the good news, I wish mainstream horror films still gave me nightmares, it is supposed to be their goal.

The bad news is that the teacher is at risk of being fired, and they only watched 1/2 of the film :(

I've only seen one of these thus far. I think, and I don't remember much about it.
