I love Woody Harrelson and I really like several of his characters but my vote will probably go to Bill White from 'North Country.' I have a few close seconds, though.

I guess I have seen 2/3 of his roles. He's always a pleasure on screen.
I think he was special funny in a minor role in Anger Management.
He was playing Galaxia, a transgender prostitute from the swiss
village "Lattenschleck" (German dub), which is obviously a freely
invented village. It would be translated back as "slatsu**".
