John Kobal's Top 100 Movies - the correctly calculated list

The 1988 book of critics' favourite films was incorrectly added up by John Kobal. He printed the poll results in the back of the book, and, having read a review saying his maths was off, I got an Excel spreadsheet out and set to work like a nerd.

I've added a few explanatory notes - including the total absence of Pandora's Box, which should have been around 60th place.
