IMDb made an Oscar ballot for six categories, which you can still vote in: https://www.imdb.com/oscars/nominations/ It's a bit unclear if they're asking "will win" or "should win". The name and title pages where the ballot is featured say, "Should ... win Best Picture?" But IMDb are promoting them as "Oscar Predictions" on social media.
