Pointy-Haired Boss, Dilbert (1999-2000): Though I dread giving Scott Adams any more undeserved exposure. His iconic office comedy comic strip turned cult animated series is still funny. You can remove it from the list if it hits the 35 option threshold and you have a 36 option that could take its place.
