The best actor in any of the Marvel comic book movies was far and away Robert Redford, who went slumming into the purgatory of movie making and appeared in one of the Captain America movies.
The best actor to appear in any of the DC comic book movies was Gene Hackman, who was in a couple of the Superman movies. Second best was probably Glenn Ford or Marlon Brando, who were in the 1978 Superman film.
