Live Poll: Hayao Miyazaki's Heroines

With so many wondrous Miyazaki Heroines, it is hard to choose.

My tentative vote: Kiki

Sofi from Howl's Moving Castle. An infinitesimally close second being Kiki or Sen.

Its hard for me to choose between Kiki or Sen.

She dropped out of high school after becoming pregnant with her abusive boyfriend who ditched her months before the birth. Got her GED at 28. Waitressed at a cat cafe. Got her college degree in psych at 33. And is presently working on her environmental law degree at Nausicaä School of Law.

What a great idea and what a great list of strong little girls. It's such a difficult choice but right now I'm thinking Kiki. 

I have just started to watch Miyazaki's movies after they were released in Mexico's Netflix, From what I have seen so far my vote goes to the big sister in Totoro's.
