None of the characters in here, frankly, are "good guys"
as Hanks is a professional hit-man for town boss Newman.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000)
Alien 3 (1992)
RoboCop (1987)
A note about RoboCop: this movie qualifies for your list if you consider Officer Alex Murphy and Robocop to be the same character, which I think is a reasonable conclusion to make.
You have included Logan (2017) in your list, but technically that movie doesn't qualify, because your list description states that the hero and villain "die by killing each other," yet in that movie, X-24 kills Logan, while Laura (not Logan) kills X-24.
