Favorite Fictional U.S. Navy Movie Character?

Americans "officially" honor, celebrate and remember everyday heroes of the U.S. Navy every October. The United States Navy bookends the celebration during the month by claiming October 13, 1775, as the date of its birthday (official establishment), when the Second Continental Congress passed a resolution creating the Continental Navy. Two weeks later, U.S. Navy Day is celebrated as another legacy date, celebrated every year on the 27th of October to wrap up the celebrations. Throughout October, the many accomplishments the USN has made over the past quarter millennium are highlighted. In celebration of the two dates, and in honor of the fictional and real heroes of the U.S. Navy and its forerunner, U.S. Continental Navy, a set of USN movie character polls.
