Funny, but I have watched three of the movies on the older list again in the last 90 days (Breakfast at Tiffany's, Judgement at Nuremburg, and Fiddler on the Roof).  They are three of my all time favorites.  I rewatched Carrie about six months ago when I marathoned all of the various Carrie movies.

@TheOldJalapenoman, I am not surprised at all, given the statute of the films, that someone would catch one of these movies from these lists in the preceding three months (especially the more comteporary ones which see regular air play on cable. Which Carrie was the best????

@urbanemovies   Stephen King himself said that all of the remakes and the sequel were all unneccessary as the original film with Sissy Spacek was much better than his own book.  I agree wholeheartedly that the original was the best.  I'm not looking forward to the new tv series.

@TheOldJalapenoman I do like the 2013 remake with Chloe Grace Moretz and Julianne Moore, but agree it is a distant second to the 1976 original with Sissy Spacek and Piper Laurie.
