1 PS: Favorite Fictional U.S. Space Force Movie Character? (FRI Dec 20th USSF 5th Birthday)

ANY NOTABLE OMISSIONS OR QUESTIONABLE INCLUSIONS? I AM STILL ADDING AND DELETING ANSWER OPTIONS, AS WELL AS, DEFINING SELECTION CRITERIA. I MAY SPLIT THIS ALONG OFFICERS AND ENLISTED LINES, DEPENDING ON THE VIABLE POOL SIZE OF EACH BRANCH. SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME.

The United States Space Force (USSF) is the U.S. Armed Forces' space service and one of the six armed forces branches of the United States. It is one of two independent space forces in the world. The U.S. Space Force became the sixth armed forces branch of the United States when the act authorizing its creation was signed into law on 20 December 2019. However, the U.S. Space Force's origins can be traced back much earlier to the conclusion of the Second World War in 1945. The U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy, all contributed to fulfilling the practical and research objectives of the American space mission in those early years. On April 1st, 1954, the U.S. formally established the first dedicated space organization with the creation of the Western Development Division, under the leadership of Air Force General Bernard Schriever, widely considered the father of the U.S. Space Force and military space. This forerunner command and its successor organization, the U.S. Air Force Ballistic Missile Division, which would eventually become the U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC), were instrumental in developing the first American military launch vehicles and spacecraft. In celebration of its 5th birthday, and in honor of the fictional and real heroes of the U.S. Space Force and its forerunner U.S. space commands, a USSF movie character poll. #UnitedStatesSpaceForceBirthday

Which of these fictional civilian, enlisted or officer U.S. Space Force movie characters* or those characters from a pre-existing legacy U.S. Space Force command is your favorite one? *answer pool includes USSF members and any legacy members of a forerunner U.S. space command

Live Poll: TBD
