Looking for a movie

Hey guys, I just remembered a movie, that I watched some years ago and was wondering if you could help me. All I remember is, that it was about a teen boy and a teen girl and in the end the girl goes on a killing spree, murdering some people, that hurt the both emotionally and physically. I think it also had a lot to do with depression, suicide and such. Thank you!
