Does anyone know this horror movie from the 60s or 70s?

Does anyone know a horror movie from the 60s or 70s where at the end this creepy ghost-like woman in black repeats, "Give me my baby, give me my baby" as she slowly walks towards a woman cowering in a bedroom as she's holding a baby? Saw it on TV when I was about seven and it scared me to death.
