I need to know the title of a movie

I remember a little information about the movie. The beginning of the film was a woman looking for a plant inside a ruined city. Inside the city were yellow creatures that fed on the human souls. The goal of the survivors living in an isolated environment was to destroy the nests of those creatures in order to find peace. In fact, the main feature of the film that I remember is the yellow creatures that ate the human souls. I saw this movie between 2006 and 2014. Its genre is horror , thriller and survival.
