Two additions to verified cast

The second addition was approved.

Only one the credit order adjustments that I submitted to make room for the second addition was approved.

Now there are 2 actors/actresses with credit order #23.

Both additions were accepted, however one set of credit order adjustments was declined and now there are 2 actors/actresses with credit order #23!
