Suggestion to minimize the number of false automatic declines

Hi.

There are some limitations in the submission processing system (mostly confirmed by the Help guidelines), particularly for "uncredited" voice acting, WGA-locked writer credits, a cast "verified as complete". While the latter restriction is being ceased depending on a contributor's credibility, the rest is being declined automatically no matter what.

As a result, plenty of contributors just leave the existing problems alone to save their time and health. Some other contributors keep struggling and succeed, but spend their time and efforts on that what could be done locally without visiting this Help forum. For example, see some of solved topics (there are much much more):

All such problems were solved only after the contributors appealed to this forum with screenshots, while the same screenshots were declined automatically in the course of submission processing. This is pointless.

Here comes the suggestion:
A submission supplied with screenshot(s) must be not declined automatically, it should be examined and declined only with real reason.
In other words. When a submission includes the valid system link such as "urn:alx:doc:UIN", it should be processed as a common one with no preset restrictions.

Reason is the soul of all law.
