Should voiceover credits only inside of a manual be listed as part of the cast?
If some voiceover role credits are only in the manual and not in the end credits movie, should they be added as part of the cast? As possibly uncredited roles? For https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0383385/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ov_ql_1

I think yes.
And the same policy should apply to Music Videos when the list of credits is placed on official page where the video (re-)released, and the so-called Vertical Dramas as well.
PS: The credits related to supporting materials can not be listed this way, such as commercials, making-ofs (behind-the-scenes), and so on.
