Shimajiro in Bookland has incorrect credits that needs to be removed.

Sadly it's very hard for me to learn Japanese, Korean and Chinese as I don't have anyone who can help me. I haven't had much time learning Japanese but I won't give up.

I tried to learn Japanese at my Scenic View Academy school in Provo Utah but I was very overwhelmed.

Yes Shimajiro films does have an official Korean dub cast and an official Chinese dub cast. I'm in the process of adding the Korean dub cast and Chinese cast.

By the way did you know Shimajiro in Korean is renamed Hobby or Hobi? Did you know Shimajiro in China is renamed Qiahou? I was surprised by the name changes.

Also someone on imdb has been adding incorrect company names on Shimajiro and the Rainbow Oasis (2017) - Company credits - IMDb like CJ CheilJedang CJ Foodville and Pixar Animation Studios can I ask you or Ed Jones or one of the staff to please remove the mislabeled company names? They don't appear in the Shimajiro end credits.

I'll work hard to contribute official information to imdb pages.

I know very little Japanese from memory; I couldn’t have a conversation strictly in it and can’t even remember all the kana, and I can’t read Korean in Hangul at all. I just use Wiktionary and WWWJDIC to look up words, and Japanese Wikipedia and databases like allcinema, Eiga.com and KINENOTE to find out the readings of people’s names.

The romanisation table from the US Library of Congress is useful for showing the revised Hepburn romanisation of digraphs and having rules for spacing, punctuation and capitalisation, but be aware that it differs from the usual rules of the revised Hepburn that IMDb requires by romanising long vowels formed by ii combinations as ī (in revised Hepburn they are still romanised as ii). English Wiktionary uses ī as well, which is particularly confusing because  English Wikipedia uses ii.

If someone has a Wikipedia page in their native language, it will usually link to the person’s page on their agency’s site, or other official sites, which will have the official romanisation of their name (usually different from their name in revised Hepburn romanisation, which IMDb uses for Japanese, or other standard romanisation systems). JFDB can provide additional verification of a romanisation being an official one (and official information in general, particularly who the international sales agent of a movie is) but shouldn’t be used on its own, as it sometimes gets them wrong.

You should definitely not be adding the cast, additional staff or companies that are only in the Chinese or the Korean dub of a title that was originally produced in Japanese. That goes against IMDb’s rules for voice credits, specifically this one:

Their work must be featured in either the original language version of the film or (for animated titles and videogames) on the USA English-language release

In other words, IMDb’s current policy is include the credits for the original-language version of a title, and (ordered so that the credits come after those of the original-language version) the English-language dub (if there is one). But not for any dubs into a language which is not the original one and not English. (I admit that could do with being more clearly worded, and how IMDb have put it isn’t how I would.)

There are no rules stated in the submission guides about what to do when a title has received more than one English dub or English subtitle script, which is one of many things I’ve been meaning to ask IMDb about or see if it has already been asked in this support community (though it’s not a priority as of now).

An originally Japanese-language production should have its on-screen titles (and any other officially-used titles) in Chinese-speaking regions (romanised in pinyin with tone marks left out but the dots on ü retained) and South Korea (romanised in Revised Romanisation) added as alternative titles, its distributors in those regions added to distributors, and its premiere and general release dates added to release dates. But not anything else to do with releases which are neither in a country of origin nor in an English-subtitled or -dubbed version.

If you see any credits added which are not in the original-language version of a title nor an English-subtitled or -dubbed version, you should try to get them deleted.

Regarding incorrectly added companies – or people – have you tried deleting them yourself yet? I mean by editing the title, choosing to “Correct / Delete” the relevant section of the credits, the choosing the action “Delete” in the pop-up menu at the left of the credit which needs to be deleted? You will need to provide an explanation for each deletion; the best evidence is to link to uploads (such as on Google Drive) of stills of the complete credits, so as to prove that the company/person is nowhere in the credits (and explain this; just a URL to the images alone will probably not be enough for the staff to understand the deletion request).

I’m not IMDb staff, so I don’t have any more power to delete or correct credits than anyone else (I wish I did). You know much more about these titles than me, so you should be much better-placed to explain why a credit on them is wrong. I can only offer the wisdom (if it could be called that) of experience.

My main takeaway is that it is far more difficult to prove something is nowhere in the credits than to prove that it’s somewhere, and far more difficult to get data corrected or deleted (even with a very detailed explanation with links to primary or reliable secondary evidence) than to get it added (even when it clearly goes against IMDb’s own rules).

You should still try to get anything deleted or corrected though the editing form first, though. If after leaving it a few weeks you find that the changes have not been accepted, then the next step is to create a thread in this support community about the specific problems with one specific title. Adding requests onto an existing thread like this tends to not get noticed by staff, who are the only people that can do anything about errors if the editing form is powerless to correct them.

I have tried to get the fake actors credits to Shimajiro in Bookland 2016 and Shimajiro and the Rainbow Oasis 2017 cited for deletion but the IMDB staff keeps declining it and rejecting it. Sadly, I don't know how to read Japanese, I tried to learn, but it was too hard for me, even the Chinese and Korean symbols is too hard for me to read since I was taught English and some Spanish. At some point I'm considering putting the Shimajiro IMDB film Full Cast & Crew IMDB pages on lockdown like with Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977).

I'll try to get the Benesse copyright owners to help out because Shimajiro is my favorite anime TV show and movies and I want to protect the Shimajiro and Doraemon IMDB pages from unwanted off topic vandalism.
