Preview/Trailer Video Subtitles or Dubbed Selection

Why can not IMDb Preview/Trailer Video's have selectable subtitles or dubbing tracks. After all most, though not all, English movies are subtitled or dubbed and visa versa where non English movies are subtitled or dubbed into English.

It would save the trouble of going into YouTube and finding the exact same preview/trailer which already have selectable subtitles or dubbing.
