Issues adding new languages
@Col_Needham Hopefully, enforcing a language order number at the time of submission will be implemented relatively soon (the same obviously goes for the lack of displaying language attributes).
That being said, there is also the matter of languages not being known to IMDb and therefore being impossible to add. This also needs to addressed sooner rather than later, especially given IMDb's desire to be inclusive and international.
I think the most infamous one is Shipibo. Thanks for raising this outstanding request and collecting all the relevant threads for easy reference. I share the frustration that we do not yet have a contribution option for adding missing languages, and many of these outstanding requests have been pending for quite some time.
I have again inquired on the status with the team to help push for and update. As soon as I have any further information I will relay those details here.

I wanted to thank you again for collecting all the previous community feedback concerning Contribution support for adding new languages. As already mentioned, I have escalated the issue to the appropriate team who have logged a review of all these requests. While we are not always able to take immediate action on every issue, please be assured the feedback has been captured, in the meantime we will be marking the thread 'Closed'.
