Information updated rejected because no proof given - But there is no proof information is correct

Hello guys, in ticket #220201-140656-562000 I mentioned that Cinematographer Ben Richardson has incorrect data on his profile. Within the "Self" section it says he attended to the Ben Platt Live show which is either inaccurate or not proven. There has been a picture at the IMDb Database of the event which shows actresses Anna Kendrick and Brittany Snow. Next to actress Snow her husband Tyler Stanaland can be seen. Next to Kendrick there is a man that is clearly not Ben Richardson. Doesn't even look close to him.  I opened a change request for the image that was approved and processed with ticket id #220131-202118-665802. So that was accepted. But at the self section the entry remained active so I openend the other change request with id #220201-140656-562000. Well, surprise. This one got declined. Response was that my information is not proven to be true. I can't proove anything that didn't happen. Mr. Richardson is not shown on any picture or photo or video taken on the event. I watched the whole show, I couldn't find him. I can see Kendrick, Snow, Stanaland. No Richardson. Nowhere. How to proof this except by the show itself? There is no proof he was there. He has no personal link to Ben Platt. He wasn't the cinematographer of the event. He isn't listed in the credits of the event. Nothing. So, as far as I see it the only proof that Richardson was there has been the image that didn't show him and where somebody accidently tagged him. That got corrected, so the written data should also be corrected. Kind regards Jenny
