Declined Credit

On March 14, I submitted information for a new title, Military Trauma Surgeon Rates 9 More Battle Wounds in Movies and TV (Video 2023) - Reference View - IMDb which was accepted.  The reference number for the contribution is  230314-233949-843000.  For some reason, the cast credit for the titular trauma surgeon, Peter M. Rhee, was not accepted, even though his other credits on the video as “contributor” and “additional photos” were.  There was no reason given for its declination.  I resubmitted the credit on March 15 230315-152027-914000, but was declined again, with the note “Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing.” I don't understand why Dr. Rhee's credit was declined.  He's already listed in the IMDb - in fact, he's credited as "Self - Military Trauma Surgeon for an earlier Insider video, Military Trauma Surgeon Rates 10 Battle Wounds in Movies & TV (Video 2022) - Reference View - IMDb.  Could someone please look under the hood and see what's going on?
