Contibutions Credited to the Wrong Page

Hi @Nicole, Thank you. Can you elaborate on the issue a little further please? Which page(s) should these credits have been contributed to?

https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9486686/ Above is the Michael Gray (XVI) these credits should have been added to. Since the new ones are also for "The Crown,'" which Dr. Gray has already been credited for 40 episodes, these should be added to bring them closer to up to date. Dr. Michael Gray's been a scholarly consultant on Oscar winning film ("Spotlight"), as well as many more notable films & shows. How a new page was created for the same name with no prior credits is a mystery. Thank you. Kindly, Nicole

Hi @Nicole, Thank you for the additional context. I can see the issue now. The credits you tried to add created a new name page "Michael Gray XVI" in place of being added to "Michael Gray" (XVI). However, the credits you are trying to add to "Michael Gray" (XVI) could not be verified, in order for the credits to be approved and listed on the correct name page, you will need to resubmit with evidence of the credits appearing on-screen as per our guidelines.  Additionally, I have removed the new and duplicated name page. Please ensure you have selected the correct name page when resubmitting any credits. Thanks!

@Ozzy​ Thanks you. The messages I saw were all for The Crown 2022 were approved. How do I insure they are credited to Dr. Michael Gray XVI, who's long been at the address I sent to you? (I've not had this trouble contributing before!)~ Kindly, Nicole

Hi @Nicole, You would have received submission feedback confirming these credits were approved, however they were incorrectly approved due to a processing error. I can see your contributions still display as "Approved" in your Contribution History, but if you check the title pages the credits were added to, they are no longer listed. This is the result of the action I previously mentioned, which was removing the duplicate name page. The status of the submissions in your Contribution History may also update to "Declined" shortly. In order to ensure you resubmit the credits to the correct name page, we suggest you do so by editing the name page rather than the title page. By hitting the "Edit page" button near the bottom of the name page, you will be taken to the Contribution Form where you can resubmit the credits. Please remember to provide sufficient evidence to support your submissions. Information on the types of evidence you can provide can be found on our Adding filmography credits help page.
