Why is there WRONG INFO?

For over two decades, a majority of the information on IMDb has been crowd sourced, and not all of whatever is provided can be quickly checked for accuracy and befittingness, so sometimes rubbish winds up in the database, but accordingly often rubbish is purged. In a way, IMDb is no less reliable now than it ever was before. Note: Some errors are due to actual mistakes rather than malice or spam, such as when information is misapplied due to mistaken identity or things like that, due to insufficient information being available in the first place or simply human confusion.
