IMDb and Box Office Mojo have a wealth of information that could be exploited using data mining and deep learning systems. As the
attached article from Wired Magazine indicates Amazon is developing deep
learning systems. The technical staff at IMDb and Box Office Mojo could
potentially collaborate with the developers of these deep learning systems at
Amazon. IMDb could provide custom research for film and television production
companies. I suspect that the IMDb technical staff and Amazon are
already pursuing this collaboration.
