Credit not appearing on my profile

I've reached out to Support about this previously, with no results.

Went to add a newer TV/streaming credit recently, which appeared in the titles "drop list".  Yet it's nowhere found in my actor credits.  What the heck...
My profile is missing two other more recent 2023 credits also, so this is not some weird coincidence.  Do you Support have an answer for me?  Because this gets annoying as heck or frustrating when we're paying for the premium/Pro.  Taking the time to update viable credits, esp for our agents, but then seeing nothing.

Thanks!

Nettiegurl: Please post your last full data submission here on this message board. You can copy it out of the receipt you would have received from IMDb by e-mail immediately after sending it in. Some of the regulars on the board may review it and, if they can, they may provide suggestions as to how to improve the submission to get it included in the database. (Also, please include the submission reference number -- it's an 18-digit number that will look something like 240123-123456-789000.)

Just saw some "updates" hear the bottom of my profile ... under Self.  Instead of under TV and Film credits by some error.  Guess I need to go in individually and correct/update each one, so they get removed from Self and relisted as 2023 TV/film credits.

Did you wish for me to provide all of the tracking numbers?   There are over eight.

@nettiegurl16 I am mostly concerned with getting your data submission -- the content of what you submitted to IMDb. The reason to provide the tracking numbers is that the IMDb staff can deal with them. However, if you provide the data submission content, then the regular contributors here can try to help you.

If you prefer, just provide for now (a) your most recent data submission that went wrong and (b) the tracking number of that submission. With that, we should be able to make some progress. If I or another contributor can figure out the problem, you might then be able to fix the other submissions yourself.

Sorry for the delay. Had lots of submission 'receipts' to pill through.  Did you need me to copy/paste each of them here?  Looks like more than 5 or 6 from the episode updates I did a week ago.
