can't solve a simple title correction issue with help desk

I asked if this was declined, then Charlie said he re-submitted it for me, then after 2 days nothing has changed and I asked what happened to it again, then Charlie started to throw canned responses that start with this: "It appears the information is already live as requested, please remember that all information submitted to IMDb is not immediately available online but must first be checked..."

I replied and asked I don't understand why he's saying that because it's NOT "live as requested", the title is still NOT changed. And I did not get any response to that question. He stopped responding. Nothing is solved and he does not respond anymore.

Maybe Michelle can solve it finally.
