I would say it is better listed as a new show than just another season of the old one, but this would be a good time to speak up if you disagree.

New show indeed . . . different network, different host . . . just needs to be listed as a series so the episodes can be added.

I'm not sure if that is the extent of the rationale for two series bearing the same title, description, theme and episode structure being treated as not belonging to one series with a gap in production.
