Adding new episodes to a network TV series?????

Hello,

I'm wondering if the network(in this case CBS) or someone from a specific production will add the upcoming episodes to the episode guide on the respective show. Or is this something that individuals will add themselves?

I notice the episode I recently did a co-star on was just added the show's IMDB page, but only one actress was added to this episode as "cast"  The leads are not even listed yet. I assume she was an extra or something bc I never met her, but I'm wondering If I need to add my own credit on this episode or if it will eventually get done automatically from someone at the production?

I've encountered the issue several times, so wold appreciate any insight!  Thank you!
