Contributing to lists

I find that some lists by members are incomplete and other people have information that would be valuable to those lists. Unfortunately, IMDb makes it impossible to contact the original author of a list. Iwould think that IMDb would want complete information in these types of things. They need to ch

"More like this" needs year and tooltip

Please add the year of the movie/serie in the "more like this" suggestions on the movie/serie page. Also please add a tooltip that shows the fill title as this is often cut of due to length. It would make this information so much more useful. Thanks!

Searching Personal Lists

In advanced search there is an option to search through your lists. However, if you select more than one list the search only returns a title that is in both lists. I don't think this makes sense. I have been adding titles to my IMDb Watchlist for at least five years and have never received an email notification about a screening in my area. I have confirmed that my IMDb email address is valid. I believe that the reason I don't get notifications is that the Watchlist only reports on things on

Name Pages: "Show All" credits by default on name pages?

Currently, only one section (one type) of credits may be opened by default on a name page. (Apparently, that arrangement might occasionally confuse some newcomers.) You all know that LOTR fan who hates the movies because e.g. Tom Bombadil isn't in them, or the big

IMDb plug-in for ChatGPT (IDEA)

I just wanted to share this cool idea I had about using ChatGPT for finding movie recommendations. It's been really fun using ChatGPT for movie recommendations because you can ask for super-specific movies based on your taste or even give it very vague parameters. So, here's where the IMDb plug-i

IMDb improvements

My idea is to add a little game you can play one your own or with friends where you can have fun and learn new things about movies and series at the same time. My other suggestion is to add a function for following your favorite contributors and every time they upload a new review you get a notifica

User Lists

Would there be any interest in User Lists on performer's pages being able to be filtered by: 1) List Title (if looking for a specific list) 2) List Creation Date 3) No search available, just keep as random 4) Both options 1 and 2 Having a search filter may be easier than sifting through (example 983
