I have submitted an image deletion several times now, because it links to both 2014 and 2018 titles with the same name. We should at least be able to flag incorrect links if we can't fix them ourselves. Take Young Sherlock (2026). As of the time is writing this it links episode one to the Asian version and it looks like other episodes link to both versions.

So I recently Googled myself and was reminded my name is on a short film I did a few years ago.
