Who decides on the categories a movie gets tagged as?
The reason why I'm asking is that I strongly feel that e.g. the choices for Booger have negatively impacted its score. It is, in my not so humble opinion, a drama. And people watching it expecting a horror comedy are likely to be disappointed. P.S.: Yes, the positive review is mine.

I am looking for a movie I watched on TV a long, long time ago. The setting and atmosphere were reminiscent of those seen in The Mission and 1492: Conquest of Paradise. I suspect the film was made in the 1970s, though I'm not certain. What I remember is a crew aboard a ship searching for a bell.
