Who Do I Contact to Pitch My Detective TV Series?

Hi! I am new to this site and appreciate any help you guys can offer! I am a book author who rewrote my award- winning police procedural into a tv pilot, with the wonderful help from Steve Longi, an LA producer/consultant.  I've been pitching my TV pilot to producers, but many of the producers have management, talent, and representation phone numbers. These people usually don't have emails listed, and nobody answers the phone when I do try phoning, which is seldom because I was told to contact the producers directly, and their emails are not often given. Help!
